B2B bulk supply & agricultural logistics

Request a wholesale quote

Business to business, in bulk, from the farm at Gol. Send the crop, a volume band and your timing, and the answer comes back against what is actually in store — including when the answer is that there is none this season.

Before you send this

A short, plain notice about what happens to what you type. The full version is in the privacy policy.

Why we need it
To answer your enquiry about buying forage in bulk, and to quote against what is actually in store.
Legal basis
GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Kept for 24 months from your last message, then deleted.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the holding, other than the hosting provider that runs the server.
What is recorded in the backgroundshow
  • A keyed hash of your IP address

Rate limiting, so the form cannot be used to flood the mailbox.

Linked to your submission — the hash is stored on the row. · Deleted with the submission.

The raw IP address is never written to the database. What is stored is a SHA-256 hash keyed with the organisation number, which counts requests and identifies nobody afterwards.

  • Web-server log lines

Diagnosing faults and detecting abuse of the server itself.

Not linked to a submission. · 30 days, then rotated away.

The request line, status and timestamp, as any web server records them. This is the processing most privacy policies quietly omit.

  • The version of the notice you were shown

So that, in a dispute, it is possible to establish what you were actually told at the time.

Linked to your submission. · Deleted with the submission.

Stored alongside which GDPR Article the row rests on, rather than a consent flag that would misdescribe the basis.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to the processing under Article 21 — write to the address on the contact page and it will be acted on. There is no consent tick-box on this form: consent is a different legal basis, and one demanded as the price of submitting would not be freely given under Article 7(4).Notice version 2026-08-31

A band, not a commitment either way. What is actually available is confirmed against store when we answer.

Business enquiries only. Stake Gunhild does not sell to consumers or in retail quantities.

Where the crop is

STAKE GUNHILD
Valdresvegen 489, 3550 Gol, Norway

Gol sits in Hallingdal, on the road between Oslo and Bergen. The registered address is the holding itself, not a mailbox — collection happens there.

Office hours Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 (Europe/Oslo). Enquiries are read in the order they arrive. During first cut and harvest the reply can take longer — the fields come first.

Org. no. 969090813 · 969 090 813 MVA

Before you ask

  • Stake Gunhild is a registered sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) supplying agricultural crop material in bulk to businesses. It sells to farms, feed producers and agricultural buyers — not to consumers, and not in retail quantities.
  • Harvest volume in Hallingdal depends on the season. Availability is confirmed per enquiry against what is actually in store, and no tonnage is committed before that confirmation.
  • Feed value varies by field, cut, weather and storage. Any figure that matters commercially comes from a laboratory analysis of the actual batch, quoted with its method and date — never from a table on a website.
  • An enkeltpersonforetak has no separate legal personality and no limited liability: the holder is personally liable for the undertaking’s obligations. Counterparties should take that into account when contracting.

Agricultural logistics

How a load actually moves

Four plain facts about the supply side. None of them is a service-level promise, because a one-vehicle valley operation that promises a delivery window in February will eventually miss one.

Stored where it was grown

Wrapped round bales are stacked on the farm at Gol and stay there until they are collected. No intermediate warehouse, no rehandling, and one place where the count is either right or wrong.

Collection or delivery

Most loads are collected from the farm — a buyer with their own transport gets the cheapest arrangement. Delivery within Hallingdal, or further into Norway, is quoted per load rather than assumed.

Documented per lot

Crop, cut, field and date travel with the load. Where a laboratory analysis has been taken for that lot, it comes with it, with its method and date on it. Where one has not, that is said rather than implied.

Agreed in writing before anything moves

Volume, price, timing and terms are settled in writing first. An enquiry through this site is an enquiry — it creates no contract and no obligation on either side.

What an enquiry is not

Sending the form does not reserve stock, does not fix a price and does not create a contract. It starts a conversation, and the conversation ends in a written agreement or it ends in a “no”. Anything in between would be a commitment neither side could point at afterwards.
