Everything this site can store on your device

Last revised 2026-08-31. Two keys, both strictly necessary, and nothing else unless you switch it on. The list below is complete — it is generated from the same source the banner uses, so the two cannot disagree.

This site sets no cookies at all in the HTTP sense. What it uses is localStorage, which ePrivacy treats the same way: storing or reading anything on your device needs consent unless it is strictly necessary for a service you asked for.

No analytics provider, advertising tag, font CDN, map, embedded video or social widget is loaded on any page of stakegunhild.com. Every request the site makes goes to its own domain — which you can verify in the network tab rather than take our word for.

1. Storage keys in use

sg-consentlocalStorageStrictly necessaryRecords your cookie choice so you are not asked again on every page.Until you clear it or withdraw your choice. This is the only thing stored before you decide anything. Storing a legal decision is itself exempt from consent under ePrivacy Article 5(3).
sg-season-viewlocalStorageStrictly necessaryRemembers which month you last opened in the season matrix.Until you clear it.A convenience with no identifier in it. Written only after the matrix is used.

2. Categories, and what is in them

Strictly necessaryalways on

Keeps the site working: your cookie choice, the anti-abuse protection on the enquiry forms, and the month you last opened in the season matrix. Exempt from consent under ePrivacy Article 5(3).

Analytics

Aggregated measurement of which pages are read and which enquiries complete. Off unless you switch it on, and no analytics provider is loaded today.

Advertising

Measurement of advertising campaigns, including Microsoft Advertising conversion tracking (UET). Off unless you switch it on, and no advertising tag is loaded today.

The advertising category exists so that Microsoft Advertising conversion tracking can be switched on later without a redesign. The consent signal is already wired: a denied default is pushed before anything else runs, and every change is pushed as an update. No tag is loaded today.

3. Processing that is not storage

A cookie policy that only lists cookies leaves out the part most people would actually want to know. These happen on the server, so no consent question arises — but they are still processing, and they are still disclosed.

  • A keyed hash of your IP address

Rate limiting, so the form cannot be used to flood the mailbox.

Linked to your submission — the hash is stored on the row. · Deleted with the submission.

  • Web-server log lines

Diagnosing faults and detecting abuse of the server itself.

Not linked to a submission. · 30 days, then rotated away.

  • The version of the notice you were shown

So that, in a dispute, it is possible to establish what you were actually told at the time.

Linked to your submission. · Deleted with the submission.

4. Your current choice

You have not made a choice yet, so everything non-essential is off and the banner will appear.

Withdrawing is exactly as easy as consenting, from here or from the footer of any page. See the privacy policy for what happens to data you send through a form.
